GTL in the UK: The Geordie Shore

Good news for the entertainment world – and likely bad news for humanity – has been recently announced. The news is that Britain is getting their very own version of the MTV-hit Jersey Shore! The reality show will take place in Newcastle, using the same format of its American counterpart. Eight housemates, one house, cameras always rolling and the party never stopping.

While the Jersey Shore had some interesting slang, the Geordie cast paints English with an abstract brush; just check out the MTV Guide to Talking Geordie. My spell-check just had a heart-attack!
