Why not sell your old unwanted textbooks..

If you're like most students, you have already sorted through your textbooks and picked out the ones that you'll never use again, you know the ones that are just going to be used to prop up old furniture or collect dust? Why not sell 'em so you can recoup some of the cost by advertising them on Amazon's "sell your textbooks" feature. It's a great way to recycle and make some cash. The site also allows you to buy used text books for next semester (when you find out what you need) for up to 90% off retail prices.

Awesome advice. Now if you need to buy new furniture, go to a discount furniture store first.
