With all this talk about the economy, it’s hard not to think about where your money is going. It’s always good to be aware of how to save and conserve your cash, especially in times like these.
We found a few helpful websites that can steer you in the right direction- down penny pinching lane. You know the old saying, a penny saved…yada- yada...well your cash can really add up if you're cutting costs here and there.
One of the first websites we’d like to talk about is a website called Mint (personal financial software). It’s a website that helps you manage your money, with tips on ways to budget, budget breakdown -where you’re spending your cash, cool graphs, help in uncovering hidden fees and more. If you haven’t checked this site out before, do it, because it’s like a mini personal accountant and it’s FREE! Which is very cool!
Another neat site is Young Money. This site is also a really helpful tool for you in your job search/ career path (the first step to making cash), investment and credit help, financial and bursary help, and more. This site is packed with useful budget and money savings tips. Check this site out and keep your cash in your wallet.
Just when you thought coupons were for your momma’s wallet. Free Mania makes saving cash with coupons a sport, to see if you can beat the man- and not pay full price for stuff. The site offers free stuff, coupons on clothes, food, restaurants, groceries and tons of other stuff. Check it out
If you know of any helpful money saving websites that you want to share, send ‘em our way, so we can help spread the knowledge.
We’re always looking for ways to help the student masses, helping you out in your quest to save money.
